Why I started this thing!

I started REX | Living because I’ve always been mildly obsessed with how people live — not in a “tell me your morning routine” way, but in a why does this space feel good and why did this meal just improve my entire day way. I love good food that doesn’t try too hard, interior design that feels collected instead of curated, and travel that leaves room for curiosity and surprise. Over time, I realized I wasn’t just consuming lifestyle content — I was constantly forming opinions about food, design, travel, and modern living, and wanting a place to share that point of view. That place became REX | Living.

As for who I am: I’m someone who believes taste is learned, curiosity is essential, and that a sharp kitchen knife, a comfortable chair, and a well-packed carry-on can genuinely improve your quality of life. I care about details, but not perfection. I’m drawn to homes that feel lived in, recipes that are approachable but thoughtful, and destinations that reward slowing down. I have opinions about design, style, and everyday living — and I reserve the right to change them when I discover something better.
